This custom home builder brought us in prior to creating architectural plans, which means we were heavily involved in the floor plan, the flow of the space, the interior architecture, and in ongoing project management. The builder requested a design with a modern feel and classic, European-style roots that celebrate the villa aesthetic. Exposed beams, classic cabinetry design, and modern lighting bring old-meets-new together in a fresh way.
