Susan Hill, CEO & Principal
Susan Hill is an award-winning interior designer with 20+ years of residential design & construction experience and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design.
She is registered with the North Carolina Board of Architecture, giving her the rare ability to stamp and seal architectural documents. This allows our team to work on construction projects from the outset, thereby saving our clients’ time, stretching their investments, and resulting in homes that have never been more personal.
When she’s not on construction sites or in the design studio, Susan can be found spending time with her two daughters, hitting the gym at the crack of dawn, and traveling for inspiration.

Annie – Project Coordinator
Annie has over 15 years in the high-end home furnishings and design industry. She is the ultimate sourcing queen whose skills in project management, procurement, tracking and organization put us all to shame. She’s always working on ways to make our process smoother and more efficient — and our clients love her!
In her off hours, you will find her heading up a mountain on her mountain bike or taking off on a travel adventure with her hubby.

Meet April, our versatile professional with a degree in Interior Architecture & Business, seamlessly blending design expertise with a focus on the business end. As the tech guru, April ensures our systems are up-to-date, manages schedules, and efficiently handles behind-the-scenes tasks.
In her free time, April enjoys unwinding with family and exploring new destinations through her love for travel. Joining forces with our team, April plays a pivotal role in achieving the perfect blend of creativity and business savvy.

Antonia - Architectural CAD Designer
As our CAD designer, Antonia directly focuses on CAD drawings and construction documents. Her work is supported by her degree in Architecture, bringing a unique perspective to designing your home for daily ease, sociability, and overall well being.
In her free time, she LOVES to travel, spend time in nature with her dog, and do yoga and meditation for her body and soul.

Callie - CAD Drafting and Rendering Designer
Callie Miller graduated from Mississippi College with a B.S. in Interior Design in 2018. Upon graduation, Callie worked for several design firms in Birmingham, AL as an interior designer.
In 2020, Callie discovered her passion for drafting and launched Callie Miller Interior Design Drafting, LLC. She approaches every project with strong passion and communication with the goal of giving the designer exceptional work that will exceed their clients’ expectations. Over the last 4 years, Callie has drafted for over 135 designers nationwide and is still growing!
